If you are a winner then the winning notification should have came to your address by post.
Only selected people will get the winning Notification.
If you are not selected for the program you will not get any notification.
The results will come through POSTAL MAIL only.
From May till July you can expect the winning notification.
If the July passed and you didn't get any notification means you are not lucky.
Or you can say like this, that the America is not lucky to get a person like you.
After applying for the lottery and you happened to change your address,
then you can't tell them to change your address but you have to check for the winning notification in your old address.

All people can check their status online from July 2009 to June 2010 with their confirmation number to check whether you are selected or not in the American Government's Official web site.

If you had lost the confirmation number, it can't be reissued.
So don't look for it.

Got an email, Fax message, Phone call stating that you are a winner?
Don't believe it. It may be a fake one.
